The finishes we use are all very high quality and very low maintenance. All that is ever required from you is an occasional dusting or wiping with a damp cloth. Waxing is never needed with any of our typical finishes.
The water based finish we use is very durable and should a scratch occur that requires repair it is normally a simple process that requires only a little sanding in the area of the damage and then a couple repair coats brushed on with a foam or bristle brush.

The products we use are tough, very mar, and scratch resistant however as with all woods dents and dings can occur. This product is designed to "give" with the wood and bend but not break, so chipping and peeling do not occur when we use this water based polyurethane on furniture.
Other finishes that are available can include stains, oil based polyurethane's, spar varnish, tung oil, Danish oils, bees wax and others. If we provide one of these other finishes we will also provide you with any special care instructions you may need.
